Supplies:
I hook (5.5mm) and H hook (5mm) Worsted weight yarn Scissors Tapestry Needle Gauge: 8 sts 5 rows = 2"x2"

Main Cuff
NOTE: To make the cuffs shorter, chain less than 36. Ch 36. Row 1: Hdc in 2nd chain from hook, hdc in each ch across. (35) Row 2: Turn, Ch 1, hdc in back loop of each hdc across, working your LAST hdc of the row into BOTH loops. Repeat this row until your work measures 10 inches (remembering to work that last hdc into BOTH loops in each row) . To close the cuff, sl st thru back loop and starting chain to close the seam lengthwise.
Bottom Cuff
This is optional and makes a ribbed bottom. If you would like it less bulky; do two or three rows of sc's intead. @ Round 1: With H hook, ch 3 (does not count as st), work dcs around the bottom of your cuff, join w/ sl st to top of 1't dc. I was able to work 38. Make sure to do an even amount so your next row works out. Rnd 2-3: Continuing on with your H hook, Fpdc, Bpdc around. Join w/ sl st to 1"t st. Repeat one time. Cut yarn andweave inends.
Top Ruffle Cuff
Note: To only work 2 rows of ruffles, follow Rnd 1-4, but working in BOTH loops for Rnd 4. . Also, join sto 1st st and work your first st in this same st. Rnd 1: Now move to the top of your boot cuff. Take your contrast color and I hook and attach with a sl st. Ch 1 and LoOsELY sc around. Make sure you work in multiples of 6!I worked 36. Join w/ sl st to ch 1. Rnd 2: Working in FRONT loops only, Ch 1,sc in first st, sk 2 sc, 5 dc in next,\* sk 2 sc, sc in next, sk 2 sc, 5dc in next\* , repeat from \* to \* around. Join w/ sl st to beginning sc. are going to dc around working in BACK loops only from Rnd 2. Join w/ sl st to 1st st Rnd 4: Working in FRONT loops only, Ch 3, (counts as a dc), 2dc in same sp as join. Sk 2 dc, sc in next, \*sk 2 dc, 5 dc in next, sk 2 dc, sc in next\*, repeat from \* to \* around, sk 2 dc and 2dc in same st as join, sl st to beginning ch 3. Rnd 5: Dc in each BACK loop of Rnd 4, join w/ sl st to 1"t st. Rnd 6: Sc in next dc, sk 2 dc, 5dc in next, \*sk 2 dc, sc in next, sk 2 dc, 5 dc in next\*, repeat from \* to \* around. Join w/ sl st to 1st sc.
