So instead of just knitting the 4 skeins\*\* I had I was off to find more... It had to be in the Arco Iris colorway, Spanish for Rainbow and I did find 7 more, some darker some lighter,One from Maine, mostly from Knitty City, and some from Yarntopia,Seaport The Secret for slipped rib is lining up the knit and the slips.. Slipped Rib in the round. Row 1: knit 1 slip 1 with yarn in FRONT!!! ROW 2: Knit all stitches We are knitting from the center out... doing a nice square blankie... This means you must mark the 4 corners and do 2 increases at each corner every other row. 1 did the increases on the ROw 2.. The row when you are knitting... #9 US double point needles set of 5 long long long either 48 or 60 inch size #9 US circular needles 4 markers, 3 same 1 different for end of row 11 or more skeins Malabrigo Rios( this yarn 6-8 needle, you want this soft and drapey! So I used a9!) Cast On 8 stitches put 2 stitches on 4 needles Knit in front and back of all stitches(16) start with Slipped Rib Row 1 k1 slip with yarn in front Row 2 Knit KFB(knit front and back of first and last stitch of each nee

Soon enough there will just be too many stitches for double pointed move to circular, place marker at end of each needle with the "different" one to mark the end of each row...continue pattern odd rows k1 slip 1 Even rows before and after each market kfb , make sure you do 8 increases on every even row. The last skein or skein and a half(4-6 inches) switch to garter so that it will lay flat., don't forget to continue your increases at markers..(if you wish last 1inch or so can be k1 p1 ribbing) BIND OFFSUPER LOOSELY!No joke
