EASY KNITTED BANGLES

Knitting up these bangles is highly satisfying - not only are they super-fast to make, they require but leftovers of your favourite yarn. Aim for groups of 3, but they are highly addictive and I soon discovered that they stack up pretty nicely in higher numbers, too. I made this bevy of bangles in one evening, which is handy 'cos I think they make a great last-minute gift idea, as well as a glamorous accessory for your favorite outfit. by Ambah O'Brien

INSTRUCTIONS: SMALL [MEDIUm, LARGE]
The bangles are worked in the round at a tight gauge, causing the stockinette stitch to roll nicely. Cast on 48 [51, 56] stitches. Join to work in the round and continue to knit until the work measures 1.25" / 3.2cm. Cast off and weave in the ends. Twist the bangle so the cast on and bound off edges face the inside. Give it a little stretch to pull into shape. Try it on and make another.
