DESCRIPTION
This simple moss stitch scarf can be easily altered for different yarn gauges and width by casting on fewer or more stitches. The nubby texture and soft yarn makes for a very soft yet masculine garment. To get a nice clean edge, the first stitch is slipped and the last stitch is knit.

Gauge: 21 sts, per 4 in st. st. Finished meas. $70^{\circ}$ length, 9.5” width MATERIALS Yarn: Berroco Inca Gold (or any worsted weight yarn) - 5 skeins Yardage: 610 yds Fiber content: $80\%$ Merinowool $\%$ Silk Needles: US 6 (or any needle size that gives correct gauge)

Rows 1 and 2: Sl. 1, \*p1, k1. Rep from \* until 1 st. remains, k1. Rows 3 and 4: Sl. 1, $^{*}\mathrm{kl}$ , p1. Rep. from \* until 1 st. remains, k1.
PATTERN
Cast on 50 sts. Work in moss stitch pattern until piece measures approx. 70 inches. Bind off all sts. Weave in all ends.
