Brim: repeat what you did for first brim section.

Bind Off:

BO in Miraculous Elastic Bind Off (http://slipslipknit.com/?page id=92 ): knit, knit, insert L needle into front of those last 2 knitted sts, knit them both through the back loop. Knit another st so that 2 are on R needle, insert L needle in front of R needle and K2together through back loops. Continue in this way. When at last loop, slip end through and cut off at about 6 inches, weave in end.

Finishing:

-Seam sides bottom up. -Pinch ear 1 1/2-2 inches in from corner and add a couple stitches to shape ear (see pic) -Or do tassels by \*sewing through corner, wrap around 3-4 fingers\*, repeat from \* until you have the size of tassel you like or 6 inches left, sew through corner and wrap around base of tassels a few times real tight, secure with knot, hide end by tucking it into tassel or sew in. Cut through middle of yarn loops. -Sew on buttons or beads for the eyes or use a contrasting yarn colour and make eyes by sewing yarn in eye area around a few stitches like an x shape. Modification options: use a Contrasting colour for owl andor brim and tassels.
