Purple andGreen Owlets

By Teresa Alvarez (March 2013) About copyright: It's really something great when people like what I have designed. You can sell the final item or whatever you like, but it would be nice to reference where you found the pattern! If there is anything you do not understand or there are any mistakes, please, send me a message! As you can see in the way I write, English is not my first language. So, you could come across some mistakes and grammatical inconsistencies@. Sorry and my apologies! This file describes how to crochet two owlets. As always, when it is possible, I attach items as I crochet.

Finishing touches
If you haven't sewn the feathers or wings ... this is the time!!!! Also the ears and the breast feathers have to be attached. They are a simple fringe, I've used only one strand per feather. For the ears, I've attached one strand three times, but if you prefer, you can put the three strands at the same time. In http://www.dummies.com/how-to/content/how-to-add-fringe-to-crochet.html there is a very good tutorial on fringes! Breast feathers: three rows: 5, 3 and 1. Trim them!
