Firedance
For that one skein of yarn you just had to buy because it had such great coloration... and now you just don't know what to do with it. Firedance shows off the colors while being a bit more exciting to knit than plain stockinette. Also a good hat for places where full wool would never be suitable to wear.
Directions:
CO 8 stitches on three double-pointed needles. Three stitches on needle 1& 2, two on needle 3. Place markerand join, careful not totwist.
