Baby-sarous Rex Hat
By: Wren Couture Designs

oar!!! Is dinosaur for "l love you". This hat is a cute character hat for babies The body of the hat is knit, worked in the round and non-working yarn is carried up the body to minimize the number of ends to weave in at the end of the project. Knit Purl Hunter has a good "how-to" on this technique at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eeJfblFWzll Non-working yarn is carried up every other row when working the body of the hat. The eyes and horns are crochet in the round, amigirumi style starting with the magic ring technique.
