October Hat
by Joyce Yu Here's a quick and easy hat that's perfect for gift giving or keeping for yourself! This hat is simple enough for diving into colorwork or knitting a hat for the first time because there's no shaping until you reach the crown shaping. It's also great for using up those odds and ends in the colorwork. Finished Sizes: 19 (21, 23)" [48 (53, 58) cm] brim circumference
Materials:
-Lion Brand Cotton-Ease (207yd [189m]/100g) - 1 skein of MC (Snow) and CC (Berry) (See notes for details) -Size 8 (5.0 mm) circular needle 16" or set of 5 double pointed needles -Tapestry needle -2 different types of stitch markers

Adjust yardage accordingly. -Please choose a loose CO. I used tubular 2x2; crochet chain is also a good choice.
