Knit and Crocheted Sponges
By Jill Chatelain

Both versions are a double thickness worsted weight cotton. They hold up very wellto cleaning the kitchen but are small enough so no extra material gets in the way of the job you need to do. I have some that are over a year old and have been through the laundry many times. They look as fresh as the day1 madethem. Materials: 1 ball worsted weight cotton. Sample was knit with Sugar'n Cream Cotton. Tapestry needle Gauge: Not important because - they're just sponges!
