This bag is designed from inspiration from a cardigan with circles and stripes - in green, petrol and red. Combine the colours depending on the look you want to give your bag. I've made the following colour combinations: #1 Grass green with petrol circles and red strap #2 Dark brown med petrol circles og purple strap #3 Black with white circles and petrol strap

MATERIALS:

Yarn: Feltable wool in 3 colours Needles: 7 mm circular Washing machine and tennis balls Magnetic button and thread

KNITTING:

Cast on 80 stitches in colour 1. Knit 3 rows in stockinette stitch. Knit 30, $\ast_{\mathsf{K}}\texttt{1}$ , M1 between the loops\*, repeat \* to \* 10 times. Knit 30, $\ast\mathsf{k1}$ , M1 between the loops\*, repeat $^*$ to $^{\ast}\ 10$ times. Total 100 stitches. Knit 2 rows with 100 stitches. Knit 30, $\ast_{\mathsf{K}}\texttt{1}$ , M1 between the loops\*, repeat $^*$ to \* 20 times. Knit 30, $\ast\mathsf{k1}$ , M1 between the loops\*, repeat $^*$ to $^{\ast}20$ times. Total 140 stitches. Knit in stockinette stitch until the piece measures $^{23}\,\mathsf{c m}$ Knit "circles" with colour 2 as follows: Row 1: K3 in col. $_{1}*\mathsf{k}3$ col. 2, k3 col. 1\*, Repeat \* to $^*$ and finish with k4 in col. 1. Knit on right side and purl on reversed side on the 10 stiches for $65~\mathsf{c m}$ M1 in each side - on each row until 20 stitches. Bind off loosely.

FINISHING:

Weave in all yarn ends. Sew the bottom of the bag together. Sew the one end of handle to the bag. Make sure it does not twist.

FULLING:

Full the bag in the washing machine on hot. Remember 3 tennis balls, which help to booze the bag around. When the bag is fulled, mold it into shape. Place a towel inside the bag to give the bag the round shape. The part with the circles pulls more together and makes the opening at the bag. Stretch the strap if needed.

Sew in the magnetic button and your bag is ready to be used. Enjoy...
