Size: 7 inches high and 36 inches around To adjust the size of the cowl, increase or decrease cast-on stitches in multiples of 4. Yarn: 1.5 skeins of Patons Astra (dk) yarn in Hot Fuchsia 1-3/4 ounce, 133 yards (50 grams, 122 meters) Needles: US 8 (5.0 mm) Additional tools: 1 stitch marker; darning needle Gauge: 15 rows x 17 stitches = 4"x4" unblocked.

Abbreviations used:

k- knit sl - slip k2tog - knit 2 together yo - yarn over psso - pass slip stitch over Cast on 140 stitches, placing a stitch marker to indicate the beginning of round. Join to knit in the round, taking care to not twist the stitches.
