Stained Glass Scarf

Purl one Row Change to MC Rows 1-4 knit in Stockingnette stitch Change to CC Row 5: K2, BBL, \*K3, BBL\* repeat from \* to last 2 sts, K2 Row 6: Purl Change to MC Rows 7-10 knit in Stockingnette stitch Change to CC Row 11: K4, BBL \*K3, BBL\* repeat from \* to last 4 sts, K4 Row 12: purl Repeat Rows 1-12 until 59" (62") or desired length, ending on Row 6. Bind off. 2 sizes: Narrow 6.5" by 60" or(Wide 10.5" ×63") Materials: worsted weight yarn MC 225 (300) yards, CC 150 (200) yards. Size 7 needles. Size F crochet hook. Gauge: approx. 8.5 sts/inch in pattern. Gauge not critical. BBL- drop all MC stitches down to last CC stitch, knit with CC bringing working yarn behind dropped stitches. Tighten the yarn gently; the tighter the stitch, the more it will resemble a bubble.

With size F crochet hook and CC begin edging at one corner of scarf. Edging: sc into corner, \*chain 4, double crochet in 2nd chain, sc in next CC section on scarf\*, repeat around scarf. At beginning of edging finish with last sc, and fasten off. Weave in Ends. Block scarf to keep scarf from rolling.
