Rib-A-Roni Hat by Jane Tanner

Sizes {to fit head circumference"}:

baby 15-16", (child 17-18", small 19-20"), [medium 21-22", large 23+"] A note about fit: I would recommend the child size for ages 2-4 and small size for ages 5-8. However, kids' head size measurements can be much larger than this. When in doubt, make a bigger size.

Abbreviations:

p2tog-tbl: purl 2 together through the back loops. Feel free to substitute it with a regular p2tog. It will still work and look fine. Modification: If you would like to add a stripe, work approximately 2" before switching colors.
