Tie on to chain, repeat Rows 2-14 on bottom half. Make foundation chain: start by ch 2, sc in second from hook, (sc in bottom of sc) repeat for length \*you can start weaving and continue crocheting for length\* As you get length, weave start end into tr of choker, over and under. When you get to the far end turn the corner \*be careful of twists\* and weave into tr of other side. Sew the button on the start/finish end \*opposite of the corner\*. The corner will be used for the button hole, make sure it fits over the button but will not fall off with wear. Use thread to sew on both ends so it will not pull out. Find middle of choker/garter and sew on focal detail, then enjoy!
