Materials:
3 different colors of cotton (I used Peaches 'N Cream) 1 regular sized coffee can cleaned and label removed. 4.00mm G hook stitch marker Special Stitches: Fan stitch: 5 dc in the same stitch Note this pattern is worked in joined rounds for the first four, and then it's worked in continuous rounds after that. Round 1: With Color A Chain 4. 11 dc into 4" chain from hook. Join with a sl st to the top of the ch 4. (12dc) Round 2: Chain 3. 1 dc into same stitch as joining. 2 dc into each stitch around. Join with a sl st at the top of the chain 3. (24 dc) Round 3: Chain 3. 2 dc into next stitch. \*1 dc into next stitch, 2 dc into next stitch\* around. Join with a sl st at the top of chain 3. (36 dc) Round 4: Chain 3. 1 dc into next stitch. 2 dc into next stitch. \*1 dc into each of next two dc. 2 dc into next dc. \* around. Join with a sl st to top of chain 3. (48 dc) change to Color b Round 5: With Color B chain 1. Working in back loops only Single stitch into same stitch as joining. Single crochet into next 6 dc. 2 sc into next dc. \*sc into next 7 dc. 2 sc into next dc\* around. (63 sc) DO NOT JOIN WITHA SL ST. WE WORK IN CONTINUOUS ROUNDS FROM HERE ON (use a stitch marker to mark where your rounds start) nds 6 +7: sc in each stitch around (63 sc). Change to Color C at end of round Round 10: sc in each stitch around (63 sc). Change to Color C Rounds 11+12: sc in each stitch around (63 sc). Change to Color B at end of round 12. Rounds 13-15: sc in each stitch around (63 sc). Change to Color A at end of round 15 Round 16: sc in each stitch around (63 sc). Change to Color B Rounds 17-19: sc in each stitch around (63 sc). Change to color C at end of round 19 Rounds 20+21: sc in each stitch around (63 sc). Change to Color A at end of round 21 Round 22: sc in each stitch around (63 sc). Change to Color C Rounds 23+24: sc in each stitch around (63 sc). Change to Color B Rounds 25-27: sc in each stitch around (63 sc). Round 28: sc in first st. Skip 2 sc. Fan stitch in next sc. \*skip 2 sc, sc into next st, skip 2 sc, fan into next stitch\* around. Skip next 2 sc, and join with a slip stitch to the first sc. (9 sc and 9 fans) Fasten off and weave in any loose ends.
