Ice cream baby Jacket
by Gralina Frie

This little jacket is quite fast and easy to knit. I've made a couple of these jackets for my children and they work fine in just any yarn. If the gauge doesn't fit, just use a calculator and adjust the pattern. The pattern is easy to follow even if you're watching TV ? . If you work the edges in rib instead, it will be more "boyish" if that's bothering you... Materials: 3-4 skeins of Hjertegarn Bamboo (max 600m/660 yards), 3.0mm needles or size needed to obtain gauge, Tapestry needle, 6 small buttons Gauge: 26-27 sts to 10 cm/ 4" on 3.0mm needles over Stockinette sts. Size: to fit size 6-9months, depending on child's size and how you prefer the fitting. Final measurements: chest circumference 50 cm/ 19" and length to shoulder 25 cm/10". Sleeve length 17 cm/7".
