Using # 2.75mm needles ,and 4ply Regia Sock Yarn. Cast on 30 sts. Rows 1 through 8 ,work in K1, P1 rib.(knitting in to the back of each knit stitch). Row 9. Rib13, cast off 4sts, Rib13 . Row 10. Rib 13, cast on 4 sts, Rib 13. Rows 11 and 12 ,work in K1, P1 rib.(knitting in to the back of each knit stitch). Cast off 13 sts ribwise ,k2tog,and cast off one stitch, K2tog and cast off one stitch, cast off the remaining stitches ribwise. With right sides together Sew up the side seam.
