Zombie eKitty

Materials
A few yards of body color yarn, and scrap for embroidering face US size 3 double pointed needles (or size needed for correct gauge) Stuffing Yarnneedle US size D crochet hook
Gauge
The exact gage is unimportant, but it should be tight enough so the stuffing doesn't show through. The examples are knit with sport weight cotton yarns. The measurements are about 4 inches wide by 4 inches tall, but the finished measurements will be affected by choice of yarn and needle size.

Body
Zombie Kitty is knit from the bottom up to the ears. Cast on 16 stitches, evenly distribute on 2 double pointed needles and join. Knit 12 rounds. Round 13 ssk k4 k2tog rep (12 st) Round 14 ssk k2 k2tog rep (8 st) Round 15 ssk k2tog rep (4 st) Round 16 kfb rep (8 st) Round 17 knit Round 18 or kfb rep (16 st) Knit 8 more rounds, stuff, and 3 needle bind off. Leave a long tail for stitching ears.
Ears
Make a stitch across the top corners of the head. You may have to poke the stuffing out of the corners with a needle.

Arms and legs
Pick up 3 stitches. Work I-cord until the limb is as long as you want it. Do not bind off. Using crochet hook, slip stitch, chain 3, slip stitch, in each remaining knit stitch. Weave in end by drawing it through the center of the I-cord and through the body.
Tail
Pick up 3 stitches in the bum area and work I-cord until it is as long as you want it, cut yarn and draw through the 3 stitches, weave in end.
Face
Embroider Xs for eyes, 2 horizontal stitches for the nose, and an inverted V for themouth.
