Knit from the top down, the pattern of increases make straight spoke lines. Can be knit in the round, or knit flat. MATERIALS

[Yarn

About 20 yards/18 meters of worsted/9 wpi yarn (Australia/New Zealand: 10-ply) of lyour choice. I recommend using something with a little stretch to it. Hat shown in photos uses Lily Sugar $n^{\prime}$ Cream Solid( $100\%$ Cotton),color Mod Green 01223, 120 yards/110 meters, 1 skein (note: 1 skein will make 3 - 5 hats).
