Every time you knit the yo from the previous rnd, twist the sts to tighten it a little, by putting the needle into the back of the loop. ${\mathsf{R e p}}^{**}$ to end of row, and 2 more rows after this, a total of 4 Yellow rows, counting the CO row. Change to Pink, and k4 rows in the same manner. Change to Melon, and k 4 rows the same way. With Yellow, k 1 row. With double yarn, Melon and Pink, p 1 row, and at the same time inc 2 sts evenly spread, for a total of 50 sts. Continue, following the chart on page 2. \* Sugestion: Instead of weaving in the yarn strands from the CO row, add an extra strand in each color and braid them, tie a knot on the end .
