The following charts were designed using an average DK/worsted yarn gauge and with a 15cm x 15cm size in mind. You can easily make adjustments to your own gauge by adding or substracting stitches on the sides. If you need extra rows, when working head or tail add the rows in the body area. The colours are only markers (except the black, white, and red of the face): choose the colours you prefer to work the charts. The toes are marked with red lines: stitch these with your chosen colour after finishing the square. You can combine the squares to taste: use just the tail and head to obtain a puppy. Add as many body squares as you want and make a scarf or runner. Place the squares separately in the plan of a blanket, but aligned, to give the impression of length and of the puppy burrowing under the blanket and coming out again. Use the turning body square to make him meander around the blanket. With a litle preparation, you can even make a whole blanket using only Blanket Puppy squares. Here are some examples:
