Materials:
· 2 Hanks Cascade Yarns Ultra Pima Fine (1.75oz/50g ea approx. 137yds/125m, 100% pima cotton) in #3724 armada (A) · 1 Hank in #3728 white (B) · Size US 4 16" Circular Knitting Needle · Size US 3 16" Circular Knitting Needle · Size US 3 DPNs · Spare Size US 10.5 Knitting Needle · Size G Crochet Hook · Tapestry Needle · 4 Stitch Markers · Waste Yarn
Gauge:
· 23 sts and 31 rows / 4" in stockinette in the round on size US 4 needle

Approximate Finished Size:
· 12-18 months, 22" Chest Circumference
Stripe Pattern:
· Rounds 1-8: Knit in A · Rounds 9-12: Knit in B · Repeat rounds 1-12 for pattern
Notes:
· It will seem as though the fair isle chart is being knit upside down, but with a top-down raglan the chart is knit this way. · Binding the neck off loosely is imperative, as baby skulls tend to be large. If the neck opening is too tight the baby's head will not fit through.
Instructions:
· With crochet hook and waste yarn, provisionally cast on 52 sts · With size US 4 circular knitting needle and A, k8 for sleeve, pm, k18 for back, pm, k8 for sleeve, pm, k18 for front, pm for beginning of round, join into round being careful not to twist sts

· Next Round: Knit across, inc 1 st on each side of marker - 8 sts increased · Next round: Knit across · Repeat previous two rounds while keeping in stripe pattern until there are 236 sts (64 sts for front, 64 sts back, 54 sts for each sleeve) · Next round: Knit across, placing sleeve sts on waste yarn - 128 sts remain on needles · Next Round: dec 2 sts evenly across row - 126 sts · Continue until 5 reps of stripe pattern are complete (60 rounds) and work rounds 1-28 of fair isle chart · Work 8 rounds of A · Switch to size US 3 circular knitting needle and work 5 rounds of \*k1, p1\* · BO loosely knitwise Sleeves · Put sleeve sts on size US 3 DPNs, work 5 rounds of \*k1,p1\* · BO loosely knitwise · Repeat for other sleeve Finishing · Unzip provisional cast on and BO sts loosely with size US 10.5 knitting needle · Weave in all loose ends with tapestry needle · Block lightly
