DO NOT break yarn. Wet block cowl and let dry. Remove waste yarn and place live stitches onto a needle. Remove provisional cast on and place live stitches onto a needle. With right sides facing each other use a three-needle bind-off to join cowl. Or, if you prefer use the kitchener stitch.
