All other kinds of use with express written permission only. Page 1 of 4 "Woman Tetris" is an easy pattern that gets its pleasing visual effect by using differently colored yarns. It can be made from any yarn weight - use a matching needle size and keep in mind that the yarn weight will determine the finished size of your shawl. The pictured shawl with a finished size of 156 x 116 x 105 cm [61.5 x 46 x 41.5 in] used slightly less than 200 g [7 oz] of yarn total. Gauge is not important, but you want to work not too tightly so your shawl will drape nicely.

Useful tip:
To make counting stitches easier, work with a stitch marker, always shifting it 5 sts to the left when you have enough new sts.
Abbreviations:
k = knit p = purl st(s) = stitch(es) RS = right side Ws = wrong side
Begin of work:
In Color 1, cast on 5 stitches.
From the first row onwards, incorporate these increases: At the left edge, at the end of EVERY RS row, always “kfb" into the last stitch. (Not further mentioned in pattern.)
