(30) 6: (4 sc, 1 sc inc) 6 times. (36) 7 - 9: 36 sc. Change color to black 10: 36 sc BLO. 11 - 15: 36 sc 16: (4 sc, 1 sc dec) 6 times. (30) 17: (3 sc, 1 sc dec) 6 times.
