1 skein of Malabrigo Rios or another Worsted weight, minimum 3oz - around 200 yards Needle US 10 (loose knitter) or US 13 (tight knitter) circular needle, 4o inches Notions Stitch marker Weaving needle Finished Measurements 70 inch Circumference, 6 inch Width Instructions Cast On 155 stitches - using the mobius cast on (see link below) Join with a half twist, place marker Knit 1 round
Stitch Definitions
·k = knit ·sl = slip l stitch purlwise ·k2tog = knit 2 stitches together ·psso = pass slipped stitch over next stitch ·yo = yarn over
TrellisLacePattern: Round 1: k4, \*yo, sl1, k2tog, psso, yo, k3\*, k1 Rounds 2 & 4: k around Round 3: k1, \*yo, sl1, k2tog, psso, yo, k3\* (to last 4 sts), yo, sl, k2tog, psso, yo, k1 Knit the Trellis Lace pattern 4 times total Bind Off using a loose bind off method & weave in ends. Block if desired.
Notes
· Each pattern repeat takes approximately .5oz of yarn. Each lace repeat takes .5oz, and will make the cowl wider. · Depending on your tension when knitting, the cowl will be a different circumference.
