Notes

There are three types of rounds: WYSIWYK (what you see is what you knit): In other words, knit the knits and purl the purls. Easy peasy. Oh, only you don't work all the way to the end. The last few stitches go on a cable needle, and get worked into the next round. Twisty: this is where the action happens: Big 2x2, 2x3, 0r 3x3 knit cables, with some purl breathing space in between. The first cable of each round (except for round 2) starts with a few stitches from the previous WYSIwYK row already on the cable needle for you. Setup: this is where you get ready for the next twisty round, basically by moving the purl spacers around. A handy mnemonic for these rounds: Purls travel alone, in the back, and wind up together. The first cable of each round starts with a few stitches from the previous WYSiwYK row already on the cable needle for you.
