This hat is one size fits most. It is worked from the bottom up. Yarn Requirements: 140 yards (130m) of sport weight. I used one skein Knit Picks Comfy in Planetarium. S size 4 (3.5mm) circular 16" long and US size 4 DPN for top of ha Additional Materials: Tapestry needle to weave in ends Stitch markers Gauge: 22 stitches x 34 rows = 4"(10cm) in ribbing. Finished Size: 22 inches (56cm) circumference x 7 inches (18cm) long Notes: - To increase the circumference of the hat, cast on and work 12 additional stitches. This will Increase the circumference by two (2) inches (5cm). - To decrease the circumference of the hat, cast on and work 12 fewer stitches. This will decrease the circumference by two (2) inches (5cm). - To increase the length of the hat work additional rounds of k2, p2 ribbing. Eight (8) additional round willincrease the length by one (1) inch (2.5cm). Or work additional repeats of chart A which will increase the length of the hat 1/3 inch (1 cm).
