Depending on the yarn you use, this could be a scarf, or a guitar strap, or a necklace, or a bookmark ... the possibilities are endless!
Materials
Yarn: I used KnitPicks Imagination in Unicorn. You may use whatever yarn you choose
Hook: F or a hook appropriate for the yarn you choose Yarn needle: to weave in the ends Stitches US terms chain(ch), slip stitch(slst), single crochet(sc), treble crochet(tr) special stitch: shell - 7tr in same stitch
Pattern
set up row (counts as row 1 for first heart): ch2, 3sc in 2nd ch from hook,ch1, turn (3sc total) skip row 1 for now, proceea to row 2 1. do not turn, ch1, 3sc in same sc, ch1, turn. 2. sc in the next sc, 3sc in the next sc, sc in the next sc, ch1, turn (5sc total) 3. sc in the next 2sc, 3sc in the next sc, sc in the next 2sc, ch1, turn (7sc total) 4. sc in the next 3sc, 3sc in the next sc, sc in the next 3sc, ch1, turn (9sc total) 5. sc in the next 4sc, 3sc in the next sc, sc in the next 4sc, ch1, turn (11sc total) 6. sc in the next 5sc, 3sc in the next sc, sc in the next 5sc, ch1, turn (13sc total) 7. sc in the next 6sc, 3sc in the next sc, sc in the next 5sc, slst in the next sc, ch1, turn (15sctotal) 8. skip next slst and the next 2sc, shell(7tr) in next sc, skip next 3sc, slst in next sc, skip next ?sr shell in next sr skin next 3sr slst in next sr repeat rows 1-8 for desired length
