Cabled Band

R13: \*ssk, sm, k2tog\* 6 times rith 10" tail. Using tapestry needle run the tail through the remaining sts twice then tighten. Try on hat. Tack down the flat side of the band under button loop to fit. Screw in pedestal button or sew on shank button. Weave in all ends and block lightly if desired.
