Dress Assembly
Match back seam of skirt. Sew together using tapestry needle and White yarn. With Red sl st to top of skirt, sc evenly along top of skirt, up the side of bodice, across top of bodice, down the other side of bodice and across top of other side of skirt. Finish off, weave in loose end. Sew one end of each strap to top of skirt back and to opposite sides of bodice. Add buttons. Fluff.
