For FRONT and BACK raglans: kfb before $1^{\mathrm{st}}$ and $3^{\mathsf{r d}}$ and after $2^{\mathsf{n d}}$ and $4^{\mathrm{th}}$ markers every $2^{\mathsf{n d}}$ row $12\times(15\times,17\times,20\times,20\times)$ , then every $4^{\mathrm{th}}$ row $4\times(3\times,3\times,2\times,4\times)$ , then work 6 (6,6,4,0) rows with no increases. For SLEEVE raglans: kfb after $1^{\mathrm{st}}$ and $3^{\mathsf{r d}}$ and before $2^{\mathsf{n d}}$ and $4^{\mathrm{th}}$ markers every $2^{\mathsf{n d}}$ row $18\times$ $(20\times,22\times,26\times,28\times),$ , then every $4^{\mathrm{th}}$ row $_{2\times}$ $(2\times,2\times,0\times,0\times)$ , then work 2(0,0,0,0) rows with no increases. \*\*AT THE SAME TIME: V-neck is shaped by working straight for 3 rows, then on next row m1 at 1 st in from each end of next and following $4^{\mathrm{th}}$ row $\mathtt{1x}(1\!\times\!,\!1\!\times\!,\!2\!\times\!,\!2\!\times\!),$ , then every. $2^{\mathsf{n d}}$ row $14\times(16\times,18\times,19\times,21\times)$ . When these increases are complete, join the $\"{\mathsf{v}}"$ and continue to work in the round. After raglan increases are done $[=66$ (74,82,90,98) st across back and 46 (50,54,58,62) st per sleeve], remove markers and put sleeve st on scrap yarn, join fronts and back and cast on 6 (6,6,8,8) st under each arm. Place a color $"\mathsf{B}"$ marker at centre of left underarm to mark the beginning of all future rounds. Place 4 color $\"\mathsf{A}"$ markers at 12(12,14,16,18) st on either side of the centre of underarm.
Body:
Continue body in the round, decreasing 1 st by ssk before. $1^{\mathrm{st}}$ and $3^{\mathsf{r d}}$ color $\"\mathsf{A}"$ markers, and k2tog after $2^{\mathsf{n d}}$ and $4^{\mathrm{th}}$ color $\"\mathsf{A}"$ markers on $20^{\mathrm{th}}$ round and following $10^{\mathrm{th}}$ round $(\l=\!2$ decrease rounds). Work 10 (or more for longer length) rows, then work increasing by m1 before $1^{\mathrm{st}}$ and $3^{\mathsf{r d}}$ color $\"\mathsf{A}"$ markers, and m1 after $2^{\mathsf{n d}}$ and $4^{\mathrm{th}}$ color $\"\mathsf{A}"$ markers on next and following $2~10^{\mathtt{t h}}$ rounds ( $\mathrel{\mathop{=}}3$ increase rounds). Work to about 38 cm (15 inches) from underarms or desired length and bind off.
Sleeves:
Work in the round on 2 circular needles. Transfer stitches from scrap yarn to 2 needles, and cast on 6 (6,6,8,8) st underarm ( $=52$ (56,60,66,70) st). Mark centre of underarm (marks beginning and end of rounds). Work 11 rounds. Next round: k2, k2 tog, kto 4 st before end of round, ssk, k2. Work these decreases on every $12^{\mathsf{t h}}$ $(12^{\tt t h},12^{\tt t h},10^{\tt t h},10^{\tt t h})$ row 6 (6,7,8,9) more times. Work to about 45 (46,47,47,48) cm (17.5 (18, 18.5, 18.5,19) inches) or desired length and bind Off Finishing: Stitch up underarms. Neck finishing: With a needle 0.5 mm smaller than main needle, start at back right raglan and pick up about 7 st per 8 st across back and top of left sleeve, and about 2 st per 3 rows (or 3 st per 4 rows for more curl) along left v neck opening, pick up one stitch at centerof $\"\mathbf{v}",$ and the same number of stitches along the right v and top of sleeve as for the left side. If your needle is short enough, you can work in the round, otherwise work back and forth. Work 6-8 rounds in st st, and on every second round, ssk before centre stitch and k2tog after centre stitch. Bind off (more loosely for more curl). If you knit this back and forth (not in the round), stitch edges together.
