This is for newborn size, but you can make it bigger by casting on more stitches in multiples of 8. For example, instead of 64, cast on 72 for a 6-12 month size. You will also need to add rows before you do the decreases, about 10 extra for a 72-st size, and another 5-10 for additional sizes.
