Next row, add Col C and K3 in A, \*K4 stitches in C, K1 in A, rep from \* to last 3 st, K in A. Repeat this colour pattern for another 2 rows in st st. Cut yarn C. Work 3 rows st st. in A. Next row, continue in st st and create eyelets as follows: K3, \*K2 st tog. and wrap yrn, k 6, rep from \* to last 3 st, K3. Now work 4 rows in k2 p2 rib. Cast off. Repeat for other side of cosy. Cosy Lining: Using Col C, cast on 46 stitches. Starting with a K row, continue in st st for 36 rows. Cast off. Repeat for second side. Block all four pieces. With wrong sides facing sew linings to each of the cosy panels on all four sides ensuring that lining comes under the eyelets on the top edge and above the ribbing on the bottom edge. Now sew the two panels along the side edges allowing gaps for the teapot handle and spout. To neaten up the spout and handle openings, I worked a slip stitch with Col A and a 3.5 mm crochet hook along each side of the Opening. Using 3 strands of your choice of colour, create a braid approximately 50 cms. Thread braid through eyelets on cosy. Make two small pom poms and attach to each end of braid. Using the braid, tie a bow to close off the top of the cosy.
