Simple AG Cat Headband

Materials:
tiny amount of ww yarn Size G (5.00 mm crochet hook)
Instructions:
Ch 42, sl st in 1st ch w/out twisting to form loop. ound 1: Ch 2, hdc in ea ch around, join w/ sl st to top of ch-2. Turi Round 2: Ch 2, hdc in next 15 sts, sk next st, (hdc, ch 1, hdc) in next st, sk next st (1st half of hdc-crocodile st made), hdc in next 6 sts, sk next st, (hdc, ch 1, hdc) in next st, sk next st, hdc in remaining sts to end of rnd. Join w/ sl st to top of ch-2, turn. Round 3: Ch 1, sc in same st as turning ch and next 15 sts. To complete hdc-crocodile st, work down the post of 1" hdc using 3 dc and 1 tr, and in next hdc, work 1 tr and 3 dc. Sk the top loops of (hdc, ch-1, hdc). Sc in next 6 sts, complete hdc-crocodile st over next (hdc, ch-1, hdc), sc in remaining sts of round. Join w/ sl st in top of 1s sc, turn. Round 4: Ch 2, hdc in next 15 sts, hdc across the 3 sts skipped in previous round, hdc in next 6 sts, hdc across 3 skipped sts in previous round, hdc to end of round. Join w/ sl st, finish off, weave in ends.
