Knitting Instructions:
Criss Cross Loop
4 st garter stitch; 1 st stockinette stitch; 5 st garter stitch; \*1 4 stitch rope-cable = place 2 st on stitch holder in front of your work, k2, k2 from stitch holder.. \*2 This 3 st cable is meandering ina ,bed" of purl
Knit as follows:
Right side: purl to the stitch before the cable. Place the 3 cable st. onto a stitch holder in front of your work. Purl 1 from the left needle, knit 3 from stitch holder. Purl until you reach the next cable stitches. With each new Right Side row, the cable will be moved forward by one stitch. Repeat until the cable has reached the stitch before the bordereing cables. Purl until 1 stitch before the cable, slip stitch, place 3 cable st. onto stitch holder in front of your work. Purl slipped stitch. Knit 3 stitches from stitch holder purl unti you reach the next cable stitches. All WS stiches are knitted as they appear.
