Using Color A and a yarn needle, tack the center of the Spout-side ties to the spout-side edge of the FRONT, one at the top of the bikini bottoms, and one at the bikini top. Using the tails, tack the 4 handle-side ties to the FRONT and BACK pieces at the top of the bikini bottoms and at the bikini top. Using the tails, tack one Neck tie to the handle-side of the FRONT, and the other to the spout-side of the FRONT, both at the neck. Using matching yarn, sew the spout-side of the bikini FRONT and BACK together below the spout hole, and at the very top where Color A forms the neck strap. Tie Spout-side strings in bows. Bring Neck straps around to back, threading front to back through the first YO hole, and back to front through the second. When placing on teapot, slip over spout. Tie ties on handle-side. Cinch top and tie Neck Ties in back.
