Cast on 72/78 sts on your 5mm needle, join them in round and place a marker in the beginning of the round. Using the Magic Loop Method knit a 1x1 rib as follows: k1, p1, for 4 cm. In the last round add 6 sts evenly.(78/84sts) Now change to needle no 6mm and start working on the pattern: Rounds 1 and 2: k all sts Round 3: SM, \* yo, pl, P3tog, pl, yo, k 1\*(repeat from\* to\*) Rounds 4-6: k all sts Repeat Rounds 3-6 until the hat measures 16/18 cm. Now it's time to decrease your stitches. Round 1: k4, k2tog to the end of the round Round 2: k all sts Round 3:k3, k2tog to the end of the round Round 4: k all sts Round 5: k2, k2tog to the end of the round Round 6: k all sts Round 8: k1, k2tog to the end of the round Round 9: same as round 8 This is your last round. When it's over, break the yarn leaving enough so that, using a sewing needle you can pass the thread through the remaining sts and bind them off. Your hat is ready!! Enjoy!!
