Simple Footbag

What you'll need:
2.75 mm (C) Crochet Hook DMC Six Strand Embroidery Floss (l use approximately 3 to 4 skeins per footbag) Uncooked lentils (or whatever fill floats your boat) Tapestryneedle Small stitch marker or coilless safety pin \*\*Note: throughout pattern place your stitch marker to mark the beginning of each round, pattern is worked in a spiral and rounds will not be joined. Rnd 1: Using magic ring, sc 6 into a ring and tighten. Rnd 2: 2 sc in each sc around (12 sts) Rnd 3: [sc in next st, 2 sc in next st] around (18 sts) Rnd 4: [sc in next 2 sts, 2 sc in next st] around (24 sts) Rnd 5: [sc in next 3 sts, 2 sc in next st] around (30 sts) Rnd 6: [sc in next 4 sts, 2 sc in next st] around (36 sts) Rnd 7: [sc in next 5 sts, 2 sc in next st] around (42 sts) Rnd 8: [sc in next 6 sts, 2 sc in next st] around (48 sts) Rnds 9 - 18: sc in each st around (48 sts) Rnd 19: sc in next 6 sts, [sk next st, sc in next 7 sts] around to last 2 sts, skip next st, sc in last st (42 sts) Rnd 20: sc in next 5 sts, [sk next st, sc in next 6 sts] around to last 2 sts, skip next st, sc in last st (36 sts) Rnd 21: sc in next 4 sts, [sk next st, sc in next 5 sts] around to last 2 sts, skip next st, sc in last st (30 sts) Rnd 22: sc in next 3 sts, [sk next st, sc in next 4 sts] around to last 2 sts, skip next st, sc in last st around (24 sts) Rnd 23: sc in next 2 sts, [sk next st, sc in next 3 sts] around to last 2 sts, skip next st, sc in last st (18 sts) Rnd 24: sc in next st, [sk next st, sc in next 2 sts] around to last 2 sts, skip nex st, sc in last st (12 sts) \*\*stop and fill footbag with uncooked lentils (or your choice of fill) Rnd 25: [sk next st, sc in next st] around (6 sts) Pull end of thread through last loop and, using a tapestry needle, close hole by weaving end around final 6 stitches and pulling tight.
