MATERIALS:One $50\mathrm{g}$ ball ReynoldsSoft SeaWool; $2.75\;\mathrm{mm}$ straight and $2.75\;\mathrm{mm}$ doublepoints(for I-cord) DIRECTIONS: Cast on 22 stitches and work 8 rows of garter stitch. Start cable pattern as charted and, on first row, increase 4 stitches evenly across the row. Work cable pattern rows 1 through 32. For the fold line, purl the next 2 rows, decreasing 4 stitches evenly across the first row. Start cable pattern as charted (flipped vertically if you want both sides to match) and, on first row increase 4 stitches evenly across row. Work all 32 rows. Work 8 rows of garter stitch, decreasing 4 stitches evenly on first row, and then bind off. FINISHING: Sew side seams. Using DP needles, cast on 3 stitches and work I-Cord to desired length. Sew I-Cord to the inner garter stitch border.
