Gauge (tension)
For the sample,14 sts and 15 rows measure 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4 in, in garter stitch using 4.5 mm needles. Exact gauge is not important, but stuffing in the finished project should not be visible between your stitches. If necessary, change the needle size to suit your tension.
