a krittirs patterm byfustyra Karkowska It's a very simple beanie worked in Rev St st with one leaf motif. I think Rev St st is perfect for hats: nicer St st side is close to baby's head and the decreases are nicely hidden in purls. I hope you enjoy making it as much as I did :-)

Using needle US #7 / 4.5mm CO 60 (66, 72) sts, and join for working in the round making sure not to twist the sts. Mark beginning of round with st marker. Rnds 1-4: knit across. Rnd 5: purl across. Rnds 6 and 7: knit across. Bedy Parts in bold correspond to leaf motif from the chart. Rnds 8-10: p20 (22, 24), k1, purl until the end of round. Rnd 11: p18 (20, 22), p2tog, yo, k1, yo, p2tog tbl, purl until the end of round. Rnd 12: p19 (21, 23), k3, purl until the end of round. Rnd 13: p18 (20, 22), k2tog, yo, k1, yo, ssk, purl until the end of round. Rnd 14: p18 (20, 22), k5, purl until the end of round. Rnd 15: p17 (19, 21), k2tog, k1, yo, k1, yo, k1, ssk, purl until the end of round. Rnds 16-18: p17 (19, 21), k7, purl until the end of rnd.
