CONSTRUCTION
This hat is constructed from the brim upwards, and is knit in theround. It features a very simple textured stitch, that will work well for solid, semisolid, or variegated yarn. The crown of the hat is finished without having to incorporate the textured stitch into crown decreases. You will need to knowhow toknit small circumferences in the round - either utilising‘Magic Loop' or with Double Pointed needles. If you are not familiar with these techniques you may need to reference aknitting guidebook, orviewvideos on the internet.
SIZING
Seventh has negative ease built into the pattern...it is designed to ensure a snug fit while being worn. Please take the time to measure head circumference in centimetres, and selectthe size closest-if needed, size down rather than up. Ages given are just a suggestion -measuringisalwayspreferable
