Materials:
-Manos Del Uruguay Yarns “Maxima" [100% merino wool;218 yds per 100g skein] 1 skein, color shown "Chrysanthemum Mg644" -US Size 8 40" Circular Needle -Stitch Marker Gauge: 12sts/4inches in Garter Stitch when stretched Note: Gauge is not crucial for this project, but finished dimensions and yarn requirements will change when the gauge is different. Abbreviations: K- Knit P- Purl St(s)- Stitch(es) Finished Dimensions: 24 inches long 48 inches all the way around 5 inches wide
Pattern:
Using Cat Bordhi's Moebius Cast on (a great video tutorial for this cast on can be found here: http:// youtu.be/LVnTda7F2V4), Cast on 146 sts. You'll
have 146 sts on both the needle tip cable and the cable loop beneath, a total of 292 sts. Ensuring that the cables cross in only one place, begin pattern repeat: Round 1: K all sts Round 2: P all sts Repeat rounds 1 and 2 until scarf is as wide as you want, until you are almost out of yarn, or until you've worked 14 rounds total. You should have ended with a P round. Bind off as follows: 1. K 2 sts 2. Insert tip of left needle into the front of the 2 sts on the right needle through the front (as if doing a SSK) 3. K these sts together 4. K 1 St 2-4 to end. Draw yarn through last st. Weave in ends, block to finished dimension @2013 Kaity Fraker. This pattern is for your personal use only.
