Cast on 96. Join to knit in the round. Work in twisted rib until the hat measures approximately 2" from cast on edge. Increase 8 stitches evenly to 104 stitches total. Knit star chart 4 times. Increase 10 stitches evenly to 114 stitches total Knit seahorse chart 6 times. Knit a decrease round, decreasing by 6 evenly to 108 total. Knit 2 rounds MC. Crown Shaping: Rnd 1: \*K7, K2tog\*, repeat from \* to end. Rnd 2: Knit one round. Rnd 3: \*K6, K2tog\*, repeat from \* to end. Rnd 4: Knit 1 round. Rnd 5: \*K5, K2tog\*, repeat from \* to end. Rnd 6: Knit 1 round Rnd 7: \*K4, K2tog\*, repeat from \* to end. Rnd 8: Knit 1 round. Rnd 9: \*K3, K2tog\*, repeat from \* to end. Rnd 10: Knit 1 round Rnd 11: \*K2, K2tog\*, repeat from \* to end.
