PATTERN:
BODY: You can skip the foundation chain and Round 1, and instead use a chainless foundation with 26 stitches in SC (optional). Beginning CH3 in each round from 3-10 counts as 1DC
Round 1: SC in back loops only all around. Join with SS. (26 sts) Round 2: SC in each st. Join with SS. (26 sts) Round 3: CH3, 1DC in same stitch; DC in next 12 sts. 2DC in next st. DC in next 12 sts. Join with the 3rd chain 0. 1st stitch with SS. (28 sts) Round 4: CH3, 1DC in same stitch; DC in next 13 sts. 2DC in next st. DC in next 13 sts. Join with SS. (30 sts) Round 5: CH3, 1DC in same stitch; DC in next 14 sts. 2DC in next st. DC in next 14 sts. Join with SS. (32 sts) Round 6: CH3, 1DC in same stitch; DC in next 15 sts. 2DC in next st. DC in next 15 sts Join with SS. (34 sts) Round 7: CH3, 1DC in same stitch; DC in next 16 sts. 2DC in next st. DC in next 16 sts. Join with SS. (36 sts) Round 8: CH3, DCtog in next 2 sts. Round 16: Ch3, 1DC in same stitch; \*\*2DC in next stitch; 1DC in next stitch\*\* all around. Bind off. FINS: (make 2 with body color or white, your choice) Row 1: CH6; turn and SC in 5. (Or chainless foundation 5 stitches in SC) Row 2: Turn, skip first st, SC in next 3, 2SC in last Row 3: Turn, SC in each 5 sts Row 4: Turn, skip first st, SC in next 3. 2SC in last Row 5: Turn, SC in next 3 sts, SC2tog in next. Row 6: Turn, skip first st, SC in next 2. 2SC in last Row 7: Turn, SC in next 2 sts, SC2tog in next. Bind off. Attach one to the top of the body, and one to the bottom. Eyes: (make 2 with white yarn) In a magic circle, CH3, 11DC. Join. Bind off. Use a black permanent marker to draw pupils, if you like. Attach to either side of the body of the glove.
