French Hen
A Knitting pattern by Pam Sluter

French Hen is a cowl knit in the round. Worked in a super bulky yarn on large needles it knits up quickly. A stitch pattern of knits and purls creates an interesting texture while being easy to knit. Gauge: 8 sts/8 rows over 4"/10 cm in stockinette stitch. Size: One size, 12 "/30.5 cm high x 35"/89 cm long after blocking. Materials: approximately 120 yds. super bulky yarn. Sample shown in My Mountain Schachenmayr Bravo Big (100% acrylic, 200g/131 yds) in color graphite. Size US 15/ 10 mm 29" circular needle or size to obtain gauge.
