Cowl or Short Infinity:

Materials: 2-3 skeins Chunky (6) yarn - such as Jiffy Thick and Quick, or Hometown or Wool Ease Thick and Quick OR 4 skeins of Homespun or Country Loom, using 2 strands at a time. P hook tapestry needles for weaving in the ends. Abbreviations: Ch - chain fpdc - front post double crochet bpdc - back post double crochet /2 Twist - hold the chained piece with the back loops all facing away, bring it around into a loop so that all the back loops are facing the center of the loop, then flip the first chain over so that the back loop is facing the hook, and slip stitch into the back loop. Chain 60. Join with a slip stitch ensuring /2 twist in chain. Row 1: Chain 1, hdc in all stitches around, sl to join. (120 hdc) Row 2: Ch 2, fpdc in next stitch, bpdc in next stitch, bpdc, \*fpdc, fpdc, bpdc, bpdc, repeat from \* around, sl st to join. Row 3 - 8: Repeat Row 2 Fasten off and seam in ends. You can add more rows if desired.

3 strands of worsted weight yarn - I have not tested this to know how many skeins, but I am guessing 6 skeins. N Hook tapestry needles for weaving in the ends. Chain 64. Join with a slip stitch ensuring / twist in chain. Row 1: Chain 1, hdc in all stitches around, sl to join. (128 hdc stitches) Row 2: Ch 2, fpdc in next stitch, bpdc in next stitch, bpdc, \*fpdc, fpdc, bpdc, bpdc, repeat from \* around, sl st to join. Row 3 - 9: Repeat Row 2 Fasten off and seam in ends. You can add more rows if desired.
