Uses American Terminology. Bra top and bikini bottom are multi sized; however, this is a micro bikini and is therefore supposed to be tiny, offer minimal coverage and very little, if any, support of the breasts. Directions are for Small, followed with Medium and Large in (). This yarn has elastic built in. If you crochet too tight you will remove the elastic effect. Keep your tension even, but not too loose. If you've never worked with this particular yarn before do not get impatient. It takes a little practice to get the hang of it, is all. After a few rows you should start to feel an appreciation for why it is so popular among swimsuit makers and their customers. In case you don't know where to buy it here is my source: www.simplysockyarn.com This is NOT a paid endorsement of the company or manufacturer. I put this in because I believe in the product, have had no problems with the supplier and also because I had to have someone tell me where to buy it once I heard about how great it was for making crocheted swimsuits.

If you are planning to sew in a liner, this is a great time to trace the outline of your work onto paper to use as pattern for cutting out liner fabric. Sew liner in later, after you have completed all the crocheting. Pin liner fabric to inside of crochet (much like basting a quilt), fold in edges of fabric and hand stitch your liner in place. Remove pins. Swimsuit liner fabric is found next to the swimsuit fabric. Ask the sales clerk at the cutting counter for advice if you like and be sure to bring your crocheted suit with you.
